Anna Nyambura Maina was said to be over 100 years old when I had a sitting with her in Kenya.The original sculpture is a full figure seated and was cast into bronze. Here you have photographs of the completed body in clay, close ups off the face and hands, and a head , cast in bronze which was shown at the Society of Portrait Sculptor's Exhibition in London 2005

The sculpture sits outside the family home in Kenya.
